That piece is painted black you just peel the old stickers off (meaning the nissan and twin turbo stickers) That may be stubborn put just get them of as best you can and use goop off to get the rest of the sticky shit off. You can purchase the stickers directly from nissan, But if your going to replace them you should go with the jdm sticker e-mail coz at Coz@Ultimatez.com he was them for $20. He can probably also help you locate the stock stickers also cheaper. Hope I was some Help!
